The project will end with peer-mentorship part that aims to continue the sharing among the youth workers after the training has finished. The objectives are: To make the participant- youth workers aware of the learning processes and make it applicable in their daily work. This will be done through sessions introducing the Kolb circle of learning and self-reflection about the learning process both personal and related to the youth work the participants are doing. To open discussions and sharing about the youth work contexts in Europe, explore the different realities and identify areas of further improvement by sharing experiences and ideas.
